Refund & Cancellation Policy – Zymos
Zymos (operated by Ankit Tomar) provides digital creative and design services including social media graphics, presentations, banners, UI/UX layouts, and other design-related work. All services are delivered online.
Refund Policy
Since design services involve time and creative effort, refunds are limited:
- A full refund can be issued only if no work has been delivered within 3 days of receiving payment.
- If work has already begun or sample/draft designs have been shared, refunds are not applicable.
- Partial refunds may be considered only if no meaningful work has been delivered.
- Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or change in project requirements.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your service at any time by emailing ankit@zymos.in.
- Cancellation stops future work delivery but does not refund previous payments.
- Monthly service payments are non-refundable once design work has been initiated.
Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery time for simple tasks: 24–48 hours
- Complex tasks may require additional time
- Delays caused by missing information or client-side approvals do not qualify for refunds
