1. Services
Zymos provides digital creative services such as social media graphics, marketing creatives, presentations, UI/UX layouts, and various digital design assets. All services are delivered online.
2. Payments
- Payments must be made online before work begins.
- Work starts only after Razorpay confirms the payment.
- All payments are final once work has been delivered.
3. Revisions
- Reasonable revisions are included to ensure client satisfaction.
- Excessive or repeated revisions beyond the original scope may require additional time or fees.
4. Delivery
- Standard delivery time: 24–48 hours depending on complexity.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on project requirements, feedback cycles, and workload.
5. Ownership & Usage Rights
Clients receive full usage rights over final approved designs.
Zymos may showcase completed work in portfolios unless the client requests otherwise.
6. Prohibited Use
Clients may not request or use Zymos services for:
- Illegal or offensive content
- Copyright-infringing material
- Fraudulent purposes
7. Liability
Zymos is not liable for:
- Business losses due to design usage
- Third-party copyright issues arising from client-provided material
- Indirect or consequential damages
